Charlax there are quite a few similar questions here. Check out all the algorithms questions, even if they are not specifically about learning & exercises, you'll get some helpful tips. A great way to get feedback is to post your code for review at Code Review Stack Exchange - please read the faq before posting! There are quite a few reviews there on Project Euler solutions, on almost every language, and peer reviews will help you a lot more than automatic verification. –  Yannis Rizos Jan 20 '12 at 6:23
Several good recommendations above. I'm also a big fan of the Programming Praxis blog: programmingpraxis.com –  jimwise Jan 20 '12 at 15:46
Thanks! I did look for other related questions, but I'm looking for a very specific type of website. –  charlax Jan 20 '12 at 17:37
Btw, this is a very complete question on the subject: stackoverflow.com/questions/366418/… (it's more about resources than exercises though) –  charlax Jan 22 '12 at 20:40

Algorithmist might have some useful hints and tricks on how to finish some of the questions and for the UVA online judge, uvatoolkit is an especially good resource.
