Can someone help me realize what should I focus on more? I really like fixing computers, doing more physical interaction with hardware. But for some reason I want to see my self working in a Fortune 500 programming companies. Can someone help me? Am I the problem?

Hello and welcome to Programmers! We generally expect questions to be about actual practical software development problems, or business concerns that require the unique expertise of software developers. We can't really choose a course for you, that's a decision you'll have to make on your own. – Yannis Rizos Mar 21 '12 at 1:45

I suspect that Electrical Engineering might be a field you should investigate. My own Computer Science degree looked at the hardware only in a theoretical way - there was certainly none of the physical interaction that you describe.
