Programmers Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for professional programmers interested in conceptual questions about software development. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I might be prompted for an interview at Microsoft and since I've got some time to study I'd like a suggestion on some books or sources covering questions and answers for a software engineer technical interview.

Do you kindly happen to know of some books discussing these topics that you'd recommend?

If you have some time, the best reference is the CLR book –  Dima Aug 10 '12 at 15:50

Cracking the coding interview is a very good book that covers all the fields you mentioned in the question-title. It also provides interview questions (with full answers) in each field. Other then that, you can find interview questions in glassdoor (look for questions that were asked on Microsoft job interviews)
