Visual Studio 2012 do not support windows XP and Microsoft Store does not seem to sell VS 2010 anymore, any idea how can I use Visual Studio Professional for development in Windows XP?

In Short: use virtual machine (VM).
Once VM machine is ready for installation on your desktop, you may install windows 7 OS and VS2012 on top of it. Then target .NET Framework of your choice from there on.
These seems to be the most maintainable way, as we do use that for some projects in support mode.
