Simple rule: Everybody seems to have a say in how I do my work (especially the guys from marketing) so I want to have a say in how they do theirs as well. I would love that. I would even love more if I got the money we would not throw out the window if I had a say :D |

Not having these things spelled out in your employment contract at all is best. The best contract is a standard contract. If you develop a relationship based on trust and respect with your employer they will be more receptive to what sorts of perks you think you should enjoy than if you develop an adversarial relationship. |
