Is computer programming, really just a exploration into the unknown?
I know there are rules to all programming languages but after the rules is it really just up to you the programmer to explore the language and create what ever your mind can dream up.
see originally I thought programming was sort of like math 1+1 = 2 there is no other answer.
but the more and more I learn about programming its not so much like mastering a bunch of commands that only carry out specific functions. Its like a programming language is your paint brush, and your the painter. And as long as you know how to use the brush you can build any thing.
Am I on the right track here?
