I heard of a site where you can solve exercises under pressure (with time running) It has "code" in its url. Does anyone know about it?Are there also other sites where you can do this game(programming under pressure of time) ? I'm interested in c++

Sounds like you're probably thinking of TopCoder, but I have a list of alternative Programming and Logic Puzzle sites on my blog.

I don't know about time pressure but Project Euler and The Python Challenge* are some good sites to improve programming skill.

*It doesn't require Python. Many people have solved many levels of it with other languages.

+1 for Project Euler. The problems there are especially geared towards functional-programming, and of all the skills that you can practice that will have an appreciable impact on your overal development skill functional-programming is IMHO the best. – Chris Smith Jan 20 '11 at 2:58

CodeChef is a pretty popular site in India and is becoming moreso in the US. Essentially TopCoder, but more casual and fun!

There's Code Kata. Not done under time pressure per se, but you certainly could add that factor if you want to.

Facebook has some coding puzzles you can solve, submit, and get results for:

FYI, the submission process doesn't seem to like Yahoo Mail or Gmail, Hotmail (ugh) seems to work though.

Nothing wrong with Hotmail as long as it's utilized well. I've had my Hotmail account for almost 10 years now and it's organized and surprisingly spam-free. – Corey Jan 20 '11 at 3:33

There are several sites that offer puzzles for programmers to solve, but I am unsure of any that give you a time limit.

Perhaps you could choose a puzzle and read over the specs and give yourself a time limit. You could use some sort of 3rd-party countdown clock for added pressure. :P

I've created a list of several sites that offer programming puzzles.

Many of the puzzles are language agnostic. If you're looking for puzzles in C++, there are some sites on the list that allow you to pick a language and complete puzzles for that language.
