Is there a canonical modeling language and a related tool for Aerospace Software Developement?

I'm looking for a suitable modeling language and a related tool for modeling aerospace sotfwares.

These softwares are hard real-time and security-critical.

UML profiles (such as UML MARTE, Realtime UML, SysML, and UPDM) and AADL are major choices I already found as languages, and Artisan Studio and TOPCASED as tools.

Is there a modeling language and a related tool out there that are the de-facto standard for modelization for Aerospace Software Developement? What about that modeling language and tool makes them special?

I haven't used it in aerospace, but in some fire safety systems I've used I-Logix, then Telelogic, now IBM's Rational Rhapsody to good effect.

The aerospace parts of the company tended to use bespoke tools not available to the market.
