I am looking for online video (prefered) training for C++ & Java. Where can I find them? I used to learn alot of web development stuff from Lynda.com, Envato/Tuts+ Sites. But want to prepare for university that uses C++ & Java

There are video tutorials for both C++ and Java on thenewboston.com. I've been very happy with the simplicity and quality of these video tutorials, and would heartily recommend them. |

As for the java part. I'm currently subscribed to JavaPassion.com and I find that a fantastic resource to get your Java skills up. It has weekly live (video) seminars, he doesn't so much program in the videos but he explains a certain topic. After every topic you can make exercises and make and homework if you want to. You also have several topics to choose from, you can start from the very beginning(Beginning Java Programming) or directly go to Java Web Programming or Java Advanced Programming. |
