As you have marked this with the homework tag, why don't you tell us what you've found so maybe we can point you in the right direction. Copying and pasting a homework question here doesn't do any one any good. – Tyanna Jun 28 '11 at 16:15
it was edited by some one.it is not homework. i was studying just for my learning. There are many metrics so i donot know what counts in usability calculations – Afnan Jun 28 '11 at 16:22

Maybe ux.stackexchange.com is a better place to ask. – LennyProgrammers Jun 28 '11 at 16:23

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.

Some books you might consider reading on the subject:

I like Rocket Surgery Made Easy as it was a quick and dirty guide on how to start usability testing NOW, and how to pitch it to management. It is vary small scale though.

The other two books I've only skimmed, but might be something good for you.

There are many books written on the subject of Usability Testing. At the end of the day, the sooner you find an issue, the better.

Hope that helps.
