CodeChef Problems: easy section
Codechef is a programming contest site with monthly 10-day long contests and monthly 2-hour long cook-offs. You can follow them on facebook too. Not only cpp, but many other languages are allowed too. The contests normally have between 5 to 10 problems, out of which the contestants are supposed to solve as many as possible.
They put their previous contest problems on practice pages (default is the easy one). You can see other people's solutions to problems, other than when a problem is a part of an ongoing contest.
Also, you might want to use their SO-flavoured forums for help.
