Take a look at http://www.adwhirl.com/ and integrate with multiple advert providers and find out which provider is providing the best adverts for your particular application, as it will almost definitely depend on a multiple factors to do with your application, where the adverts are placed, what inventory the advert provider has available etc etc

Depending on how you implement the ad then using Apple's iAd network would be a pretty good option. I haven't, however, had much experience with the network but from what I see in third-party apps, they're pretty high standard.
