comment Should I keep investing into data structures and algorithms?
I have been doing Java programming professionally (being employed I mean) since 2007. Now I'm going (at least I hope) to do some iOS development.

I'm working/yet to work on Hash-tables, Maps, Heaps, Graphs, Trees and the accompanying algorithms (traversing, hashing, searching, inserting, deleting, and some sort algorithms). The puzzles are from TopCoder and Google Code Jam competitions.

I'm assuming if I want to come back to Java programming after a couple of years. My problem is today a company in the health care industry contacts me for a position in their team immediately. Their stack is purely and heavily Java platform. I don't know what to do? Scout and discover the iOS development or to stick with Java and strict working policies ?

comment How to specify WIP limits in Kanban?
Lets say we have 10 developers, does this should mean the "Development" column will has 10 sub-column?s A column for each developer? And if building process is handled by one developer, does this mean that "Build Ready" WIP limit will be 1? What do you mean by "Bottlenecks or pain points"? like what?
