Just to clarify the wording above, on @ErikAllik 's list, FRP (Functional Reactive Programming) is not a new language but rather an approach that's gaining popularity. In fact, "Elm is based on the idea of Functional Reactive Programming" (from elm-lang.org), and as he mentioned, there are FRP frameworks for Haskell, etc.
