What are some famous one-liner or two-liner programs and equations? While I understand it has "historical" value it's terrible terrible code, so the fact that it's falling in disuse is a good thing =) |

How do I not undersell myself when looking for a job, while remaining honest? Am I misunderstanding something or you actually said what they offered was TOO MUCH? That's a huge mistake, I always pretend to be disappointed and say I want more whether it's $20k or $200k a year; doing that btw got me $5k extra a year |

What should a CS grad know? @Chris: in my university (which is in Italy, and I'm sure it's much much worse than any US university) they prefer to focus on other things which are barely related to CS, and while I'm sure at least 1 person in the class will find them useful at one point in their career, the vast majority of the others won't. Examples are 10000 courses of math, economy, general science, advanced statistic, which were all mandatory. Hell there is even an optional chemistry class. No latin or ancient greek yet, though. |

What should a CS grad know? That's funny, you don't learn any of this in college |

Should I accept a job if pair programming is required? Two heads are also twice as expensive, and that's the big downside =) But this concerns the company not you |

Will getting a degree in mathematics help in game development? @cHao: I ran into having to do this on more than one occasion and yes it's not easy, but compare that to getting a math degree. Which is easier and less time consuming of the two? |

Will getting a degree in mathematics help in game development? @cHao: google won't only provide the formula, it will also provide an in-depth description on how it works and the principles it's based on, which you can study the first time you need it. This is much more effective than to study everything pre-emptively "just in case" you need it. |

Windows programming - should you leave UAC on? Windows is not linux, that's not really a good comparison .. |
