Should companies consider remote employees or stick to local employees?
I'm a contractor that works from home. The incentive to get the work done is loving what I do and always wanting to do the best I can. I think if anyone is hiring contractors that aren't enthusiastic and devoted to their craft, they need to reconsider their hiring policy.
What to do if a team member misses a sprint planning?
I usually find these kinds of questions come up when project managers don't have enough work to do. Running out of colours to choose from in Excel leads to a lot of free time.
