comment How to organize legacy multi page web app with tons of Javascript spaghetti
I would vote against require.js as the evil that can cure all other evil. I'd try to modularize js on server side if possible.

comment Is JSF really ready to deliver high performance web applications?
It doesn't answer the question, which is about JSF performance and not framework recommendation. Anyway, GWT is usually liked by people that don't know JavaScript ^^

comment What is the reason for using lowercase for the first word in a local variable (eg, employeeCount, firstName)
Only to note, that convention is language-wide and the code should be consistent with source of the libraries you use as well

comment Is there any way to get faster at solving bugs? I've just had a warning from my boss
The most efficient technique the developers having such stupid bosses are yours use is to place in code bugs that are likely to occur only in production development, than they are able to fix them quickly and their stupid boss looks on statistics and is impressed.

comment How do you store “fuzzy dates” into a database?
Have you found such requirement in OPs post or it's just your phantasie?

comment How can I deal with a team member who dislikes making comments in code?
While comments in code would not be necessary, there should be at least the method description, such as Javadoc

comment Should the variable be named Id or ID?
But the upper-case identifiers, by convention, are used in Java for static fields, so the "ID" name for base field is not the best one. And there comes the consistency...

comment Why doesn't java use a radix sort on primitives?
But there is not something as Array.sort, there are multiple Array.sorts, and the question was about this specialized for numeric types ones.

comment Is it legal to reuse code in other customers' projects?
No, it wouldn't. Licences such as Apache or MIT allows commercial usage.

I would hope it too

comment Why are part-time jobs in programming an anomaly?
Sad but true, bureaucracy over people

comment Should I tell someone that their commit caused a regression?
Yes, however the question "Dude, have you run junit tests before commit?" is, I think, fully acceptable :)

comment My customer wants me to record a video of how I develop his software product
The difference is the customer pays for developer's time, not the opposite

comment Is it “normal” for people to not work?
The problem wth task based paying is that it is that estimating task prices is extremally time consuming, so it is not practical for large projects.
