comment Why do we use story points instead of man days when estimating user stories?
I wasn't referring to increase in productivity, more to the fact that if an estimate for a story comes out to 3 days. A developer is much more likely to take 3 or more days to finish it, than to come in under the estimate.

True, but central git repositories may be difficult to set up if you are in a Windows environment. I guess that's pretty much the only one I could think of. We were forced to use CVS at the corporate level, so we didn't really have much of a choice.
