How should I handle the publishing of an iPhone app under someone else's name? I'd sure as hell bother with a contract, even if it's just a few handwritten lines. You don't want an app being a surprising success, making a few million bucks, and having a he-said-she-said court battle. |

Why is it so difficult to get a programming job? I'd be quite hesitant to hire someone who hasn't used PHP for seven years for a PHP job. No open source experience during that time or anything? |
