comment How to have my callbacks authenticated in a REST app?
@MichaelK Not sure we're on the same page; this interaction seems to live outside of the scope of OAuth. Assume a client has set up a callback inside my application that asks me to post to https://client_app.example.com/callback_for_myapp. When my app is about to POST there later on, are you suggesting that the client should rely on TLS Client Authentication and call it a day?

comment Is Windows a “second class citizen” in the Django community?
"Why not Linux" makes sense here since it's trivial to set up a virtual Linux machine. Even easier with tech like Vagrant. I use that setup a lot.

So what you want is "5 elements present in the DOM at any given time", as opposed to "25 elements in the DOM but all except 5 hidden via CSS"? This sounds like performance optimisation.

comment Why does DirectX use a left-handed coordinate system?
@bobobobo No, the default depth range in OpenGL is [0, 1], please see this man page and confirm with the state tables in the spec. Normalised device coords' range is [-1,-1,-1] .. [1,1,1], you might have confused the two.

Intriguing. Look at viewport depth transformation: z_wiewport = z_clip*(far-near)/2 + (near+far)/2. That makes clip space's -1 be mapped to near and +1 to far. Hence clip space itself can be considered LEFT‑handed, even though you can still reverse how it's mapped to the viewport later.
