My name is Omer Katz and I am a very passionate software developer who specializes in ALM & SCM practices. I'm also an Agile & Lean enthusiast and practitioner.

I am only 23, therefor I have only started working in the industry in 2010 but I have been programming since I was 11 and I have never stopped being passionate about it. I have a vast knowledge when it comes to planning, designing, developing & delivering software.

My greatest passion is finding new ways to make the developers' lives easier and let them focus on what they know to do best, software development.

comment What are common mistakes in coding?
I think that to the novice programmer, the first code snippet is much clearer. It is more readable that way, the other code needs explaination.

comment How long do programmers generally stay in industry?
+1 but not completely true. I prefer managmant because of the salary and status and the ability to change things to the best. I am a good programmer and enjoy it but I hope to be a CTO someday.

Read about the Principle of least astonishment in "Principle of least astonishment" and "User-Friendly Programming".
