@JörgWMittag I can try fix the question more about technician's working conditions around passing away. I both want to know the procedures and I'm not expected us to solve a legal dispute here. I could try and narrow the question down to just the fact the the guy is dead and not asking about the scam and hoxes he was involved with, though the scams and hoxes make me think that there are risks for the accounts being misused or being left in a way that is neither the will of the dead guy nor what should be done if he was witness or had information about scams.

@BasileStarynkevitch The case is not solved. Not legal and the illegal right is being used this week. The user is not likely to have violated github's terms. He was however an accomplice in a scam / hoax of a large amount of money, threats and ugly gangster activities. Github is not likely to care about off-github activities of the user. I for one wil lmake arrangements with my attorney to delte my github account if I by accident or illnes unexpectedly die so that my attorney can protext my stuff from being misused, change licenced from non-profit to profit or similar.
