I have worked professionally with software development since 1997. Since year 2000 I have worked as an independent contractor, helping various business in developing their internal and external IT systems. Since 2002 I have worked almost exclusively with the .NET framework.

Of notable work can be mentioned IT-Jobbank, Denmark's largest online job board for IT professionals, where I was the lead developer and architect.

comment What are the technical contributions of the pornography industry?
@jonescb - I heard the same, the porn industry mostly chose HD-DVD. But in this particular case, I think that the PS3 was the determining factor in which standard won. If MS had included HD-DVD instead of selling it as an add-on, I think things would have looked differently today

comment Recommended books on C++
I was going to suggest them. Bear in mind however, these are not beginner's books. They assumes familiarity with the language. But these books really taught me the beauty of the C++ language

comment Daily standups- yea or nay?
It is obvious that they are not useful the way things have turned. Exactly one of the reasons why it is a standup is exactly to prevent the meetings from taking too long, and bringing in stuff like projectors, etc.

comment Is it possible to use C++ code in an objective-c iPhone app
I was thinking of SO, but according to the P.SE faq, it allows questions on "Architecture", where SO is about "Specific programming problem, software algorithms, coding". I believe that this question falls in the first category.
