Peer programming and experience sharing Well what I don't understand is how 2 extremely different developers would benefit from a pairing. Granted my case is an extreme case. |

Dealing with engineers that frequently leave their jobs The whole deal to say that green programmers are worthless is silly. Everyone starts somewhere. The reason why they're leaving is probably that the job isn't working out well for them... or its frustrating. |

How big does my project need to be for me to unit test it? I was going to say at least 5 lines of code. |

What makes a component or product “enterprise” software vs non-enterprise ready? This is an exact duplicateof what? |

What makes a component or product “enterprise” software vs non-enterprise ready? I know you're being scarcastic, but sales/marketing is technically correct. |

Test Driven Development, has it reduced stress for developers? No it remains the question that I originally asked. Does TDD have anything to do with adding more/less stress to the overall process. |

Test Driven Development, has it reduced stress for developers? @gnat: That doesn't answer my question. Caring about product quality doesn't equate to less or more stress. |

Test Driven Development, has it reduced stress for developers? k3b, you get it. This is exactly what I'm looking for. Has the developer's life become less stressful, and you hit the nail on the head. I would accept this answer, but I'm looking for a study to support the position. Here have an upvote! |

Test Driven Development, has it reduced stress for developers? @gnat This is a more specific question to the link you provided. I don't care about project quality, has it improved the working life of the people writing the software. |

Test Driven Development, has it reduced stress for developers? There are a lot of papers on TDD but from the ones I found tend to match the marketing speak for TDD [its good for 'high stress environments'] |
