comment Ipad Application-Allowing Users to have certain abilities
@user127182 - Debug it some more. If you still need help. Post on Stackoverflow, post all errors, and the code for those errors, and information on your debugging attempts.

comment Worried about memory leak in DLL that creates a dynamic sized array
One can also go about it another way. Have the wrapper method clean up after itself, store the results into a pointer that LabView has full control over, and when its done free the memory of that pointer.

comment Data streaming C++ library?
@user2102508 - There is nothing that prevents you from using "native" C++ with the Win32 library. I did indeed miss the fact you wanted to support multiple platforms.

The methods that exist within the Win32 library have everything you listed.

comment Why do projects opt to stay on an older version of the .NET Framework?
Why migrate if the code is stable. I only consider migrating when the version is no longer supported (I.e 1.0, ect )

comment Should developers “own” the build server(s)?
In today's world of Azure, Amazon, and other cloud services there is no reason to host your own your hardware. At most have a test server to test the build images

comment How to handle or prevent all Admins and users being removed
@Brian - Sure they can. If the password is hashed just generated the hash for a password you already know.

comment How to handle or prevent all Admins and users being removed
The simple solution is to never delete an Administrator user. A normal User can be deleted. This means an Administrator would have to make another Administrator a User for that Administrator account to be deleted. You also prevent an Administrator from being able to make their own account a non-Administrator account. You could just get rid of the "Delete User" and make the user inactive. Same rules applies an Administrator can't mark themselfs as inactive.

comment As a programmer, are you professionally obliged to offer ongoing support after you've left a company?
My professional obligations for a company end on the last day I am paid by that company.

comment Which to implement first: GUI or backend?
How can you design what the program will do if you don't know how the program will be designed. You should understand how the program will flow in order to design how the program will actually do it.

As somebody already pointed out its not a "then" clause its simply a keyword.

comment Should I pass array or pointer?
If you want to remain C compatible you should update your question to reflect that fact.

comment Building as an Installer instead of EXE
Added a Setup project, fair warning, the Setup projects were discontinued in more recent versions of Visual Studios, I suggest using one of the alternative methods to create a setup.exe file.

comment Is it okay to publish many similar apps in appstore?
Sure you can do this; Apple/Google/Micosoft/ect could also not approve the application for various reasons. I would be more concern about publishing an application for a company with a trademark, they won't appreciate, you publishing a name that uses their trademark.

comment How important is it to clean up someone else's code when faced with a tight deadline?
@Telastyn - Depends on the person who defines it as being ugly. If the "ugly" code works after 20 years then its not broken code. The simplest way is to have an accepted coding style, this way even if the code is "ugly" is follows a standard, which means everyone will be able to understand it.

comment How do I properly add a reference from my Github project to someone elses in VS2013 on Windows 8?
Are Bouncy Castle releases signed? If not download the repository, build it, the copy the output to your project. If you want a signed release you could in theory sign it yourself.
