@mjv - Thanks for your response. I have an additional question. If the additional tasks aren't tracked inside of SCRUM (which I agree is reasonable), don't they need to be tracked at "some level?" When doing a project and saying "we need to get this sprint done in X amount of time" there has to be somewhere to capture all of the additional "stuff" that needs to be done that doesn't directly relate to the sprint, but yet eats up person hours.
