Does anyone work 10 hours shifts as a developer? As @PSU_Kardi suggests try for 80/9 schedule, i.e. 9 hour days, every other Friday off. You are more likely to get that because 1) it is less extreme 2) he may think you aren't productive at 10 hours 3) other companies do that. |
