comment Best practice for copying static content between a web project and a self hosted EXE project
@Malachi how is this a superuser question? I'm hand editing a .csproj file, which is written in msbuild. Msbuild is a turing complete declarative DSL that runs from the command line and Visual Studio. Despite it being just a DSL, I can call any CLR method from it. I have working code, but I want to see if I'm doing it the best way. That seems like a code review question. If not, its a stackoverflow question.

comment In a 4 hour Powershell 101 class should I skip for/while/do and just teach ForEach-Object
I'm going to have to write the sylabus out and pilot it before I make a decision. I added one final apology to my question, a SQL analogy, but I don't think it changes your answer here. The arguments agains for/while are time and the pipeline is good enough in powershell. The arguments against are what you laid out.

@BlackJack that's a real shame.
