How do programmers in the West see programmers in the East? But these folks who can't program, wouldn't get hired if there wasn't a management problem. The Indian companies would just say, look, we're booked, next client comes in at a higher rate. It's one of those, refuse to say no things. Management says yes, and puts a warm body down to code who has no enate ability to code. |
