The question itself asks: Is Lisp bad at everything other than AI?. These are very different questions (consider scenario 1: Lisp is the best language for everything, and scenario 2: Lisp is the worst language for everything). You might want to edit either the title or the body of the question to make it clearer which question you're actually asking.
