@AustinHenley There's nothing to fail them from. It's all voluntary, and I hope to make it fun instead of punishing.

I'm not looking to force anyone to do anything. The section is voluntary. I feel that working is the best way to learn, and if one hopes to be employed after finishing studies, it is nice to have done at least one real-life project. I don't see why somebody would be a victim here.
