Are there any arguments that can make a contractor reconsider working on fixed price? I must add I'm not sure how he'll react to that though. I suspect he's already agreed on a price by the time he's asking for an estimate, and just pressuring me to fit in that budget. But this would be kind of ideal, as he'd then be solely be responsible for dealing with his client's feature creep. |
