What ESB systems work the best for .Net stack NServiceBus is not open source, in the sense that you can get the source code and use it freely. It's open source in the sense that you can download the source code and use it subject to a specific commercial license or a restrictive Express license. |

Stored Procedures a bad practice at one of worlds largest IT software consulting firms? @JeffO: Drive UI validation from business rules defined in the business layer. I have done that for years. Now you can do that with IDataErrorInfo in the .Net Framework. Using EF Code First, metadata for the DB structure also derives from the business layer. |
