The reason for "don't lie" is that if you leave them in the middle of a job having said you can stay for longer, and especially if they find out you knew upfront, then you'll be in a pickle when your next employer asks for a reference from the previous employer. You'll have to explain why one is unavailable... or list a gap on your CV.

@Mark ah, I suppose you're right. But the copyright notice makes a credits section redundant, since it would just restate what's already stated.
