I've learned (to a greater or lesser degree of accuracy) PHP and JavaScript, and would like to learn something completely different for the sake of it. If you're the Irish Post Office, you want to treat Northern Ireland differently to the rest of the UK: the postage rate is cheaper, and no doubt the procedure for actually delivering mail is different. Local concerns can override ISO standards.

Writing that when you mean than is a very common error. I think this is the first time I've seen the opposite.
