I think that he considers himself to be anonymous behind his email address and that he doesn't contemplate over the fact that there's a real person behind our info@... address. He simply doesn't think twice before projecting his anger onto the developer, that's what I think.

I'd feel both happy and right if I told the guy that rudeness won't get him far in life... Though I'm not sure it would be appreciated by him or my colleagues :P

comment generic programming- where did it originate?
Why do you say that? Object oriented programming can solve mathematical problems, no? Besides, I can't find that sentence. If I search for "math" on that page, all that comes up is an unrelated sentence.
