comment In languages that don't allow underscores in integer constants, is it a good practice to create a constant for 1 billion?
@RexKerr NS_PER_SEC is not even consistent with itself. NS_PER_S maybe? More time is spent reading code than writing it. I feel that you should code for ease of reading, not typing. Most IDE's will lend themselves to making NANOSECONDS_PER_SECOND only a few keystrokes anyway.
