How much is Google investing in the Go language? also that lock free guy from 1024cores blog is working on Go. So although im not a fan IMHO Go isnt Going under. |

What does C++ do better than D? Garbage collection languages use 2-5x more memory than non GC langs(according to Alexandrescu's talk on YT) so that is definitely a problem if that(mem usage) is the bottleneck. |
