I'm a .NET developer that focuses on web technologies.
My weapons of choice are:
- ASP.NET MVC
- jQuery
- WCF
- NUnit/Moq
- Umbraco CMS
I also have a strong interest in:
- UX design / Usability
- Mobile development, using PhoneGap and Sencha Touch
I like photography and running, I'm not afraid of css and I think twitter is overrated :-)

Best country for getting a job I'm from Belgium and this answer is also valid from Belgium. Meetings switch to English without any problems if any one in the meeting is English speaking. |

If you develop on multiple operating systems, is it better to have multiple computers + displays? @dan's first comment: Yes, you will lose some raw power. But a fast PC at 80% performance is still faster than last year's fast PC. I understand your way of thinking, but with the current hardware, the small loss of computing power wont be missed unless you do any 3D rendering work or so. You should research the performance loss of the different virtualization apps. |

If you develop on multiple operating systems, is it better to have multiple computers + displays? @stijn: OP doesn't want a setup like that, he wants a dedicated seperate monitor/keyboard/mouse for every machine. I agree that your setup seems like a good compromise between power and easy of use. You should post it as an answer. |

How do I develop in more languages with less IDEs I don't have experience with Scala/Haskell. Again, I would google for stuff like "best scala ide" and see which one would fit your requirements best. PS: You can skip WebStorm and develop JS/CSS with visual studio. It's a decent IDE for web development and with the Resharper add-in you get auto-complete in JS and Css. (there are also free plug-ins available for this.) |

Creating a webservice API - how much “credit” should I give the client/developer does the ID need to be unique at your side or at his side? If its at your side, you should include a GetUniqueId function in your API. |

I feel sleepy and tired when I encounter problems during a working day, is that normal? Sounds like you're just being demotivated by the task ahead. I get the same when I'm trial-and-error'ing trough a problem. |

MCPD Certification(or any certification) vs Degree Same here, and with the new structure (jan 2011) it's a lot harder to become gold partner. You need 4 MCPDs to be gold in one of the areas, and you can't use the same person for multiple area's. (so you need at least 8 persons to be gold in 2 area's) |
