@wasim SharePoint would be a good resource to store the "papers" but you would need to create a solution for automatic load to SharePoint if you want to scan them in. There is a SharePoint stackexchange site sharepoint.stackexchange.com for any questions you have on SharePoint.

+1 for When the readability and clearness of code suffers. With many chained operators, just like in your example. The example takes longer to understand than equivalent if/else's.

And programmers do miss the double '=' sometimes. It is an easy mistake to make and one that is very easy to overlook.

I agree that a whole degree in math would be overkill. A minor in Math would probably be useful though. I have a minor in Math and do not regret taking the extra courses.
