@MainMa awesome answer mate. Thanks for your time and effort. Will there be any legal issues if i don't screen scrape their website, but manually enter the pricings in my database ??

@mhoran_psprep, that's a valid point. Sorry i didn't thought about that. But, I am not able to understand what can be done because the pricing changes so frequently and they don't have any API or XML feed therefore I had to come with such a code :-(

I have no written consent from them but if the information is in public domain, then how can it be illegal to use the same. My website is a price-comparison engine. All I do is to take the price and linkup the page. If anyone can see the pricing information on their site, then how can it be illegal to use at my own end. It's just like a store argument. I am entitle to tell anyone what the price for xyz product is there. Anyways, do you think if I have my own server, then things might improve because my code is not great but its fine and there are no data queries involved.

comment Why use try … finally without a catch clause?
@kevincline, I believe the perception of the question on others part is bit different. The question was precisely as to, Should we catch an exception or not....And I answered in that regard. Handling exsception can be done in number of ways and not just try-finally. But, that was not the concern of OP. If raising an exception is good enough for you and other guys, then i must say best of luck.

@kevincline, He is not asking whether to use finally or not...All he is asking is whether catching an exception is required or not....He knows what try , catch and finally does.....Finally is the most essential part, we all know that and why it's used....
