How do I “ease into” programming coming from a designer background? @confiurator: That depends on the browser. Like you mentioned, some of them rewrite JavaScript in c++ to optimize specific functions. |

How do I “ease into” programming coming from a designer background? It's compiled, just like C#, into an intermediate form and executed with a virtual machine (or, in C#'s case, a CLR). So no, I would never call it a scripting language. |
