Change management's mind? I think this idea can work, especially if some of the small changes can be made without too much disruption of the status quo. |

Change management's mind? Organizations can be dysfunctional in a way where things appear to be successful even when they are not. Example: A project ships on time, but is a huge pain to maintain. If management thinks painful maintenance is a fact of life, the project will be viewed as a success. |
