comment Iterative process modelling on a kanban board
What happens when a story send to the customer comes back and needs more work? Does it stay in the "Customer Feedback | Doing"? Does it move back into "Refine"? Am I just making my life difficult by asking those inane questions?... ^_~

comment Good Practices for development team in large projects
An elevator might work differently if you are ferrying war planes (aircraft carrier), hazardous materials (nuclear power plant), wounded people (hospital), or commuters (office block). Although your basics are good basics -- plus it's a simulator: a perfectly spherical homogeneous elevator moving in a vacuum. ^_~
