I am working as an Agile Coach, mentoring, teaching, implementing, inspiring and supporting CSG Internationals ‘Singleview’ R&D division (~100 people) through its agile transition. Prior to that I embedded Scrum into EC3 Global and The System Works Group, with both companies realising significants benefits.

My experience and qualification includes; Certified Scrum Master; 10 years of software development, mostly in N-Tier enterprise development utilising .Net & Java; 4 years of actively working in agile teams; 6 years of Test Driven Development. In 1999 I completed my Bachelor Information Technology from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.
