When deciding on whether or not to work for a new company, what are your dealbreakers? @Jess: I don't agree. In one place, everyone used CVS/Subversion, I used Mercurial. The standard IDE was IDEA Intelli/J, I used Eclipse. And I migrated all projects from Ant to Maven. At my current work place, Windows is standard but my computer runs Kubuntu Linux. There is always leeway. |

When deciding on whether or not to work for a new company, what are your dealbreakers? @orokusaki: I tend to be sensitive to it and stop it early. But I have met people who thought it "cool" or "their job" to rip off others. They are manipulative and quite good at pretending being amiable, so I'm wary of them. |
