I am a developer interested in programming for predictive analytics, GIS, and practical applications of machine learning.
Currently hacking on:
- node.js for real time web applications
- python for number crunching
- mongodb for big data with a geospatial component
I develop software primarily for international companies with more data than they know what to do with.

Is JScript dying? And if so, what is Microsoft pushing for in its stead? @Mason - I will ignore the flaimbait for the sake of civility and point out that there is actually loads of stuff going on right now in plain old js. Look at node.js, countless new realtime web engines, mongoDB's interface, and countless services that use JSON as their data object of choice. |
