comment Test Driven Development Code Order
Make it pass means: Write only so much code that It pass, not more! That's quite important.

comment Declaring interface in the same file as the base class, is it a good practice?
My main point is: separate in two files. One for the abstraction and one for the implementation. If the use of the I is normal in your environment: Use it! (But I don't like it :) )

comment Declaring interface in the same file as the base class, is it a good practice?
Starting with I in interface was only the introduction to my arguments about the separation in two files. The code is better readable and it makes the inversion of the dependencies more clear.

comment software architecture (OO design) refresher course
Do you know the book "Clean Code" or "The Clean Coder". The videos are about the topics in this books. And yes the videos are unconventional from the pictures and costumes but not from the software development perspective.
