@MarkFox Thank you for your nice general answer. I'm a type of coder who likes to see everything practically, so I will wait for a little time yet, if somebody would refer to some small skeleton app and shows the architectural progress (e.g. some small educational github project where evolution can be tracked would be the best, though I was already looking for it - else I will accept this answer, which I really appreciate.

So, after the obfusction the lines where the error happened in obfuscated code will match the the lines in unobfuscated code?

@RoberHarvay. Where is the good place to store the error messages on the production platform? (e.g. catched Exceptions and appropriate strings describing errors). Will they be obfuscated, or is it possible to achieve, that the error messages will be readable (omit obfuscation for them)?

Good advices. It seems there is no methodology (what everything to remember to check) because the question was closed as duplicate and the answer for the other question shows only a few links (most of them questions on SE) about the topic. I was interested rather in more systematic approach that can be used in real life when making a contract with a customer.

@Giorgio Yes, this tighter integration looks likely. It looks like the relation between functions and structure instances, so that every instance of structure can use certain functions which have no sense for other types of structures.

@WorldEngineer I thought that operating systems are written in Assembly and C language and there are libraries for code organization.

Thank you everybody for answers. The answers that mention IBM 1620, COBOL, Simula 67 and Giorgio's pedagogical explanation of principle create all the core of what I accept as answer.

I like the pedagogical approach of this your answer. So, if I understand it right I can learn more about this idea when reading something about Simula 67 as WorldEngineer writes and maybe somewhere will be written why this idea became popular between other programming languages.
