comment Is COBOL still worth learning?
Within 2004 to 2005, I involved in a Navy modernization project in my country porting some 200KSLOC of Ada83 to Ada95 and some 25KSLOC of COBOL68 and COBOL74 to Ada95. I learned COBOL in 1987 and it is definitely worth the time and effort to learn COBOL. I could not imagine if I did not have prior knowledge of COBOL.

@tdammers and yasouser: Thanks for your input. After reading your solutions and some research, I think I have no other choices but to have both git and hg repositories on my server.

comment What to do with .git folder and data in Xcode?
Understood. @tdammers, you mentioned that I can use git to interface with mercurial repositories and vice versa, because both can read each other's data, do you mean that I can use hg in Xcode? How do I make Xcode to read hg data structures? Thanks.
